The hotel had great amenities such as complimentary bottles of water in the room and a small fridge. The location was also key, with many attractions and places to eat within walking distance. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

I had to wait for 10-15 minutes multiple times, frustrating. there was constant solicitation for memberships, annoying and took away from the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel on the Avenue of the Americas. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Broadway and the theater district. We were also able to easily explore Central Park and visit The Today Show in Times Square. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. The bathroom was updated and had great water pressure. The friendly and professional staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel had everything we needed for a memorable trip.

The hotel lobby was always busy, which sometimes caused delays when checking in or purchasing snacks.
